A good one here! Make your dominant hand into a fist and place pinky finger down on the table, like you've just banged the table. Extend your index and middle finger and lift your thumb to make a pistol. Place the lighter in the hand, so that the body is flat against the index and middle fingers and the hinges are overhanging the ring finger. Place your thumb on top to secure it. Bang your fist on the table again, the cap will pop down. Pull your index finger back in a trigger motion to light the lighter. For a cool finish, bring the lighter up and blow that smokin' flame out.
