Hold cap/lid between your thumb, middle- and ring finger. The hinge pointing at your index finger. With a quick wrist move, the lighter will open. Light it with your index finger, and then throw it in the air. Let the lighter make half a loop, or even more difficult an entire loop, catch it and close the lid. Good luck!
