Ride at moderate speed parallel with a wall. Take your hand that's closest to the wall and plant your palm firmly against it. Push off and, at the same time, kick both your feet up away from the wall. Try to get your body perpendicular to the ground when you kick, then quickly bring your feet back to the deck.
