To make the Nintendo and Angel Studios teams appear in the in the All-Star division, highlight Exhibition on the Main Menu. Press all C Buttons until you hear a tone. The hidden teams are only available in Exhibition and World Series modes.

In any mode where you are choosing a stadium, tap all 4 C Buttons until you hear a beep. Press Z to view the stadium and watch the ending.
