Level Select:
During "story mode" or "team mode" enter the following:
hold c-left+c-right+c-up+c-down+r and press right, up, left, down when the level is shown.
Super Hard Difficulty:
At the Kemco Logo enter the following:
hold L+R+C-Up and then enter C-Right, C-Left, B
