At the title screen, hold L1 + R1 and press Down, Up, Left(2), Down, Circle(2), Right to unlock all beaches
Unlock All Surfboards:
To unlock all of the boards in the game, press and hold R1 and L1 at the title screen. Then press LEFT, CIRCLE, UP, DOWN, CIRCLE, LEFT, DOWN, CIRCLE, X.
Unlock All Surfers:
To unlock all of the extra surfers in the game, press and hold R1 and L1 at the title screen. Then press LEFT, CIRCLE, UP, RIGHT, CIRCLE, LEFT, LEFT.
