How to Skip Levels in Urban Chaos:
1. Turn on your PlayStation with Urban Chaos in the tray.
2. Press L1, R1, select, and start at the same time at the main menu.
3. Wait until you see the message "All Levels Cheat Enabled."
4. Select the new game option and every level in the game will be available to you.
