Frontside Boardslide On A Skateboard

Skateboard Tricks

How to Do a Frontside Boardslide on a Skateboard:

1. Know how to do ollies and backside 180s.

2. Find a low, double-sided object (such as a curb or a parking block) to learn this trick.

3. Approach the object frontside (with your chest toward it), and ollie turning about 90 degrees backside (so you land sideways on the middle of your board with your back facing the way you were rolling).

4. Keep your head and shoulders facing where you want to land. Don't lean too far forward or backward; try to stay straight over your board as much as possible to help control the slide.

5. When you near the end of the obstacle, turn the board back the way you came by pressing down on the tail a bit as you turn your board frontside with your feet, and return to being parallel with the object as you come off it.
