1. Roll forward. Position your front foot up on the nose with the ball of your foot in the middle of the nose.
2. Place your back foot in the middle of the board between the front and back bolts. The farther your foot is toward the front, the higher you will be able to pop, but don't get too pigeon-toed (that gets ugly). Be comfortable.
3. Push down with your front leg and foot as hard and fast as you can to get maximum pop. After the nose snaps down, jump up off your front foot as you suck the board up with your back foot by dragging it back toward the tail.
4. Let the front of the board and your front foot rise to the same level as your back foot so the board levels out. Your knees should be pretty sucked up at the height of your nollie - it's a compression trick.
