Once you set your spin, get into a tucked Iron Cross. After you have crossed up, look over the shoulder opposite of your spin and find your tail. Grab the tail with your trailing hand and pull it into the spin.
Keep looking over your opposite shoulder while still pulling the tail into the spin. Once you’re three quarters of the way around, find your landing. Hold on to the tail for as long as possible. Then stomp the landing you have been stareing at.
