Get used to skiing backwards. Make sure you don’t lean forward. Be comfortable with your feet, just like you are skiing forward.
Approach the jump looking over the shoulder you naturally lead with in a spin. Make sure you spot the lip. Once you’re airborne, keep looking over your shoulder. You’ll begin to rotate without even trying.
Go for the grab with your trailing hand. The more you tweak your grab, the slower you’ll rotate and the less you will flail your arms. Make sure to spot the landing. Then stomp the landing and ride away
