The Butt: This is an extremely difficult trick. At first, you have to be able to balance the ball on back of your neck. Once you have mastered this, slowly lean forward and let it roll down until it ends up on the dent in your lower back.

The Scorpion: This famous move was executed by Colobmian goalkeeper Rene Higuita at a friendly match against England. While the ball is over his head, Higuita leaps off both feet and strikes it with his heels.

The Backheel Flick: This move must be split into two parts. First, brush the edge of the ball with your heel planting your foot in front it. This should cause the ball to flick up and rebound off the top of your heel. At this point, swing back with the same foot and strike the ball.

The equlibrist: When recieving a pass on the ground, you can use this move. Chip the ball a bit up in the air. With the instep or the outside of your foot, play the ball over your own and the defender's head and run straight towards the goal.

The Klinsmann move: Use this move on a hard pass with the defender close behind you. Chip the ball onw way around the defender and run the other way around. Try to make the ball spin a little.

The pig: With the ball still in front of you and the defender close to your back, you can use this move. Make sure to have contact with the defender through your back or elbow. Pull the ball backwards with the sole of your foot. With the inside of your foot play it through the defender's legs, and run around him to pick up the ball again.

The Tchami move: With the right heel you kick the ball backwards. Then let the ball hit your left instep, in order to make the ball come through on the other side of the right leg. To make it work you'll have to step a little ahead of the rolling ball.

The South America Move: As you are running forward step on the ball with the right foot, turn left in a short balance on the ball. When you are half the way round, pull the ball furter backwards with the left foot, while turning completely round. The move is even more useful, if you are able to change direction, and you are absolutely certain where the defenders are.

The Puskas move: Push the ball a little forward with the inside of the right foot, as you were to pass the ball in that direction. When you pushed the ball so far as you can while still standing in one spot pull the ball back with the right sole running the other way.

The sole: Pretend to play the ball in one direction, but as you make contact with the ball, instead you take the ball in the other direction by pulling it under the sole of the foot -- starting with the inside of your foot and follow through by the sole.

The fake pass: Pretend to play the ball to a team mate. When the defender moves to come between the pass, you take the ball in the opposite direction.

Double scissors move: Same as the scissors move, but now you step over the ball first with the right foot, then with the left, and play the ball to the right with the outside of the right foot. In fact you can repeat the move as many times as you can count. That is what Denilson does from time to time.

The scissors move: Just before facing the defender, play the ball a little to the right. in the next moment step over the ball with the right foot, taking the ball in the oter direction with the outside of your left foot.

The body move: Make a long step with your right foot while levering your right shoulder. Take the ball in the other direction with the outside of the left foot.

On the knee: With a little ability and balance, you can make the ball lie on the thigh, just behind the knee. Lift the thigh to as it levels with the ground, and concentrate.

The skipping rope: First catch the ball on you instep. Now throw your foot around the ball. It is easier, if you do not throw the ball up in the air, but just loosen the grip, as you move your foot around the ball. Speed is important.

The rainbow: When dribbling forward with the instep of your left foot roll the ball up on the heel of the other foot. Then flick the ball over your own head and preferbly the oppontent.

The Bisgaard move: Roll the ball under the sole of the foot. This should make the defender step a little to the side, making space between his legs. As you are rolling the ball touch it with the toe of the other foot, kicking the ball through the defender's legs.

The temptation move: Step on the ball about one meter from the defender, tempting him to tackle. With the sole of your foot pull the ball backwards and quickly take it in a new direction.

The glu: Catch the ball on the instep of one foot. Throw the ball up in the air and immediately catch it with the other foot. Do this several times, and you can proudly say, that you have glu on your boots.

Thigh and breast: Beskrivelse Your size and ability is important in this trick -- and training is the keyword. The picture shows how you are supposed to catch the ball. You have to move your truncus towards your knee fast, and maintain the ball firmly; otherwise you will lose it. It is very difficult with a slippy ball!

Behind and heel: Flick the ball up just beside you. You have to catch the ball between your heel and your behind. When you catch the ball it's important not to loosen your ""grasp"" of the ball. Next: You can either throw the ball up in the air again, or let the ball drop, and hit it with the heel of the same foot, or you can let the ball drop, and briefly after, hit it with the heel of the other foot. For this last trick both feet leave the ground.

Lazy juggler: Sit down and start juggling. Perhaps you can begin standing up, and move towards a sitting position. You can use both feet, and even the head. Try it out.

The behind: Play the ball up to shoulder height. Turn around and bend forwards. In this position, let the ball hit you just above the behind. Turn around again and continue to juggle.

The basket: Kick the ball high up in the air, just in front of you. As the ball reaches the height of the shoulder, make a circle with your arms. The ball is to pass through this circle -- and you then continue to juggle it. Precision is needed like the great basketball player Michael Jordan.

The Baby's Paradise: Juggle and kick the ball up to near your head. When the ball is coming down, catch it underneath your t-shirt and run away.

Fortuna: Again get one of your friends to pass the ball to you. You have to kneel as shown on the picture and let the ball hit your knee. The ball will bounce up if you remember to lean backwards a little bit, so that your upper thigh is as close to parallel to the grass as possible.

Diego: Get another player to pass you the ball. Cross your legs, and let the toe of your foot get underneath the ball while you move the toe forwards a touch. As a result the ball flicks in the air and you can juggle with it.

The Pancake: Play the ball up in the air just beside you. Just before the ball hits the ground, you place your foot sideways on the grass beside your body, and let the ball bounce off the outside of your foot. It's important that your foot lies straight on the ground or you'll be unable to do the trick. Alternative: You can also do the trick in front of your body with the inside of your foot.

Shinbone: Beskrivelse You can juggle a football with your shinbone. It is probably one of the most difficult ways to juggle, and it is actually just another way to make yourself the clown of the day. It is necessary to lift an entirely stretched leg all the way up till it's level with the ground -- otherwise you won't be able to do more than one repetition.

The Cruyff Move: Beskrivelse When running forwards you fake a cross or a pass. However instead of crossing the ball you'll tap the ball behind your standing leg with the inside of your foot. You'll play the ball back in the direction you came from, but hopefully your opponent won't notice.

Shooting Star: When you get this one down, you will be a master juggler! It is a very challenging move. You will shoot the ball backwards over your head. Then you will turn around and control it again with your feet to keep juggling. Before long, you will be shooting the ball back and forth and you will be the star!
